“Our room had no soap in the shower or for the sink. There was no ice bucket. When I called the desk, she told me she couldn’t leave the desk. I went down and she found me some soap, but no ice bucket. Finally one of the floor attendants got us one. We stayed 2 days, when we’re gone for the day and came back our room was not cleaned, no new towels. I asked about this and they said I needed to request to have the room cleaned. “Our room was dirty. although it was made the towels and sheets had stains and smears on them. our toilet paper was on its last few sheets and just overall dirty we were nervous about even going under the sheets when we slept but for convenience the stay wasn’t terrible just not cleanly”

“Breakfast was ok, lots of choices, cinnamon rolls hot and delicious. Room clean and nice. Beds comfortable, friendly staff. We have stayed here several times when visiting friends in Victor. Really nice. Have not used pool or hot tub . Nice and quiet, we slept well even though the hotel was packed with people.”
