“Staff wrote wrong # for hotel room, had to go down twice to desk to resolve. Sheets were warn and nubby. Other than that staff nice and room clean.”

The front desk clerk Christina needs to learn how to do her job correctly asked for housekeeping spoke to Christina three times , yet no housekeeping after being promised, I was given towels sheets and trash bags to change myself if that's the case I would of stood at motel 6, to be expected to do housekeeping job is a complete joke, not one member of tjlhe staff tried...

“The room was pretty dirty, almost like housekeeping replaced all the sheets and towels but didn’t clean. One of the towels had a blood stain on it. The shower head barely worked and the comforter was stained. The bathroom also had the smell of mold/ mildew. We didn’t even feel comfortable enough to get under the bed covers and we left shortly after. Staff and parking was great and Im sure the lady meant well but the room was atrocious.”

“The room floor was not mopped in the last month??? OR it seemed like it. We did mop it ourselves!! The sheet that was on the bed was a queen size with no cover on the mattress. We went down to the front desk to get a king sheet and the desk clerk said "that happens sometimes" We got in late and the last thing we felt like doing was cleaning the room and making the bed. “Scelto perché il prezzo sembrava contenuto ed estremamente comodo per la nostra visita ai WB Studios, la colazione offerta é stata estremamente gradevole, il letto comodissimo e la stanza graziosa. Facendo un breve tragitto a piedi si raggiungevano piccoli centri commerciali e locali di ristoro vari, ma non proprio turistici, per cui si respirava un’atmosfera ben diversa da quella caotica che ci si aspetta a Los Angeles. Ci siamo sentite al sicuro pur rientrando a piedi in serata. ”

“At check in, the desk clerk told us about the adults only pool. There are 2 pools onsite. We checked it out, and found it full of kids. The hot tub was also FULL of kids. We asked about this at check out and was told there’s no adults only pool. Room was clean. Hotel restaurant was very nice and food was good. We were told to make a reservation, then arrived to find only a few other people there. No need for the reservation. It’s a nice hotel, very close to the airport. We would stay there...
