  • Welcome to this inviting, quaint waterfront lake home where everything you've imagined becomes memories. This is the true Hidden Gem to fulfill a quiet stay over looking the serenity of the bay side of Lake Michigan. The property sits in the calm bay leading out to wide open lake. You will experience the angelic sunrises and sunsets that Door County has to offer. If you are looking for a premium fishing spot, look no further. If you prefer bird watching, you will see a variety. This property sets the backdrop to all stories of the seasons. The experiences you've imagined are right here, from the panoramic views, the biggest catch, first catch, campfires, sunbathing, low key celebrating, ice fishing, sport fishing, kayaking, and the list goes on.
    There is a laundry room, the kitchen is set for the views, and great conversations around the table or counter island. The patio, is set right off for easy entertaining for grilling and picnicking. One master bedroom that sleeps two, and the second bedroom sleeps two.
    The property is a short 10 minute drive to the heart of Sturgeon Bay, where you will find convenient shopping, restaurants, seasonal entertainment, and much more.

Great little get away!

Amazing and relaxing location. A little bit of a drive to see the more famous locations or pick up groceries, but can’t beat the relaxing backyard view of the lake. Host was extremely communicative.

Peaceful Lakefront Getaway

We loved our stay at this hidden gem. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more! The view was spectacular! We enjoyed sitting by the lake and having a fire. We would recommend this place to anyone and would stay here in a heartbeat!

Beautiful scenery

We had a great stay at this property. Beautiful scenery, sunrises and lots of stars at night. It was very quiet and peaceful. The property manager was very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and responded very quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay again.

Spectacular House

Myself and family really enjoyed ourselves at the house. The view was magnificent. So convenient with the location for what we had in mind. Nice that there was a gas station and a restaurant/bar nearby.

Relaxing

Clean and well-equipped. Close to the water. Quiet. Great views of the bay from inside and out. Comfortable places to sit and read or watch the birds. We enjoyed the canoe and kayaks. Manageable drive to sites further north on the peninsula.

Great time in Door County

Wonderful home on Little Sturgeon Bay on the water. Abundant wildlife contact. Great water views and access to kayaking and canoeing. Host thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Beautiful, well kept home. Just pack a bag for casual living and bring a fishing pole if you like. We had a great time! Looking forward to coming back.

Wonderful stay!

The cabin is located right on the water - we were pleasantly surprised by the availability of outdoor seating, kayaks & life jackets, a fully stocked kitchen and two on-property fire pits. Kim was extremely responsive and helpful in answering our questions and making sure we were taken care of during our stay. It was a serene and fun time here.

Quiet Getaway

We enjoyed our first trip to Door County. The house was clean and convenient for our needs. Kim was an amazing host as she was very responsive and welcoming. It is a distance from everything, so it is quiet and peaceful. Loved the nature and the sunrises.

Beautiful Stay

While the weather did not cooperate we had a very nice stay! The owner bought our first bundle of firewood. Very clean, beautiful view of the bay! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing spot to stay while enjoying Door County.

Hidden at a dead end with other homes around but very quiet. Clean, welcoming touches, serene lake view and the communication was great with the host. The many geese arriving and departing was entertaining every day! We recommend this VRBO!

Summer Holiday Weekend

My parents and I had an amazing stay for the July 4th weekend! We enjoyed the cabin style decor and cute kitchen. Spent a peaceful morning kayaking on the lake out back, and had unobstructed views of fireworks at night! Kimberly was communicative and thoughtful, and we are so glad to have stayed here for our Door County experience!

This place is well worth the money it had everything you could need in a stay we were all set and actually didn’t have to use half of what we brought with us! The pictures don’t do it justice the view and house itself are fantastic and peaceful. If I could afford a year I’d stay as long as I could ! Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a getaway that’s not to far from Sturgeon Bay, and the host was so kind and helpful as well as accommodating beyond my wildest dreams! We plan to come back next summer and rent from her again

Bird-watching on the Bay
