The pool was a bit cold, but to be fair the staff told me that via email just after the booking. For the rest, I enjoyed the place. Everything was fine and the staff was very kind.

Manca il Frigobar!
Hotel comodo per raggiungere Stoccarda (merita una visita anche la città di Sindelfingen). Hotel Marcure molto curato nei dettagli. la Piscina (grande) e la Sauna sono un Plus. unica nota dolente MANCA IL FRIGOBAR IN CAMERA! In un 4 Stelle?

Questo Hotel non è vicino alla fiera di Stoccarda
Ho prenotato questo Hotel perchè dalla descrizione credevo fosse nei pressi della fiera di Stoccarda, invece a sorpresa, l'hotel è situato a 20 km dalla fiera, circa 55 minuti di taxi e 50€ a tratta. Pensare che avevo scelto l'hotel vicino alla fiera per poter organizzare degli incontri con vari clienti e partners. Al mio arrivo in hotel, la camera (molto spaziosa) era freddissima, a causa di un guasto al sistema di climatizzazione. Mi è stata data una stufetta elettrica ma insufficiente a riscaldare sia la camera che il bagno

Hotel distante dal centro, necessità indubbiamente di un'auto per muoversi, stanza pulita, climatizzata ottimamente, colazione con molte possibilità di scelta, Neo il parcheggio a pagamento che oggi ammonta a 12 euro a notte (quasi un'estorsione).

Das Poolwasser war zu kalt, es hatte 27 Grad. Mit Kleinkind/Baby ist es viel zu kalt…. Für mich persönlich erinnert die Wassertemp. auch eher an einen Badeweiher im Sommer, für einen Innenpool ist das Wasser zu kalt. Unser Zimmer Fenster war sehr eklig verschmiert, es sah so aus als wären zuvor kleine Kinder an der Scheibe geklebt. Das Bett stand auf Rollen, hat sich beim umdrehen immer bewegt. Der Toilettenrand innen war schwarz und verkalkt, stach beim beziehen des Zimmers ins Auge, da die Brille aufgeklappt war. Die Wandhalterung für den Föhn war sehr staubig. Sauberkeit wird wohl in diesem Hotel (4Sterne Hotel??!) nicht groß geschrieben. Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich, allerdings werden Tische sowie Stühle beim neu eindecken einfach nur mit Servietten „geputzt“ ohne einen nassen Lumpen, oder gar ein reinigunsmittel. Im Großen und Ganzen war es für eine Übernachtung Ok, nochmal werden wir aber nicht kommen.

THE HOTEL ALLOWED TWO LARGE DOGS TO ROAM THE 4TH FLOOR AND BARK NONSTOP FOR NEARLY AN HOUR DESPITE HAVING CALLED THE FRONT DESK NUMEROUS TIMES OVER ONE HOUR. THE HOSPITAL FRONT STAFF AND GM SHOULD ALL BE FIRED AS THEY REFUSED TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE AGGRESIVE , LARGE DOGS WHICH WERE THREATENING THE PHYSICAL SAFETY AND CALM OF ITS GUESTS ON THE 4TH FLOOR. THE DOGS ACTUALLY CHASED ME TO THE FIRE DOOR (THANKFULLY THERE WAS A FIRE DOOR THAT COULD BE CLOSED AND THE AGGRESSIVE DOGS BE STOPPED FROM BITING ME). IN FACT, I RE-INJURED MY BACK AND LEFT KNEE WHICH HAD JUST BEEN REPLACED WHILE RUNNING FROM THE DOGS AND I EXPLORING LEGAL ACTION OPTIONS FOR THOSE INJURIES. DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL: THE GM AND FRONT OFFICE STAY ARE LAZY AND IRRESPONSIBLE AND IT IS, AT BEST, A TWO STAR HOTEL THAT IS WAY OVERPRICED AND IN A HORRIBLE AND UGLY INDUSTRIAL AREA.

Die Dusche funktionierte nicht richtig, Man könnte nicht komplett von Wasserhahn auf Dusche umschalten. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt ok ohne als "besonders" gewertet zu werden.

Die Zimmer sind sehr warm und Heizung lässt sich nicht regeln . Fenster öffnen zur Straßenseite keine Option . Beim Frühstück war der Obstsalat sauer , auf den Hinweis wurde dieser direkt ausgetauscht . Auch nicht mehr , keine Entschuldigung nichts . Allerdings war die gute Dame im Service auch völlig alleine und sehr im Stess .

Klassisches Messehotel, sehr gut erreichbar. Freundliches aber teils überfordertes Personal. Restaurant war auch absolut im Ordnung. Negativ war die Hitze im Zimmer (im Winter!). Obwohl Heizung ausgeschaltet, entwickelte sich immer wieder eine unangenehme Hitze, auch mehrfaches Lüften half nicht und war dann wegen der nahen Autobahn auch irgendwann zu laut.
