“We stayed in the Chinatown room. It was absolutely stunning and comfortable, even though it might not have been properly cleaned - we found an empty water bottle under the bed. The location is quite good - a 20-minute walk from Hua Mak skytrain station, it's going to get much better once a new MRT line is finished (the construction makes it difficult to reach some shops now). When we return to Bangkok, we are surely going to try some other rooms. Great concept!”

“It’s just as advertised and the room was in great shape when I got there. The views from the balcony and roof were amazing. There’s really nice people running affordable food carts right outside the neighboring restaurants. The nosiness I experienced was almost unbearable and pretty weird at times when you think about how inconsiderate you’d have to be to leave such an impression. Lovely, kind hearted staff. The residential cat was very friendly. There’s shops and a mall just a few streets...

“rather than staying in a room, the Bangkok Rama is a series of private cottages. Very nice swimming pool. The only downside for some people is you have to walk some distance to te main road which could be difficult if you have any disability. They will come pick you up in a golfcart if called.
