“Nicely appointed room, very clean and new. There was an in-room washer/dryer machine and a kitchenette. This “residence” is located inside the Banyan Tree Hotel through the same main entrance but a different check in process. You have to call the property managers and someone will come down and bring you up to their office located on a different floor. It was slightly surprising but completely professional and easy.
