“This hotel is okay, nothing wrong with it, but it lacks any charm or appeal, the pool is nice, the restaurant is nice but very expensive, the whole hotel just needs some passion and care about what they do, it has no soul.”

“The rooms were clean, and we truly appreciated the fresh linen. The bathrooms were ok, but needed deep cleaning. The staff were very nice and friendly. We loved the breakfast which was included in our stay; it was good and very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and it was good value for the money :)”

“The restaurant couldn’t facilitate good coffee during breakfast. It was basically very diluted coffee. Had to walk to Uncle John’s every morning for a decent cup of coffee.”

“The Executive Room is very spacious. Coffee and water are available anytime, and the daily breakfast is good. The staff were very helpful. The air conditioning in our room worked well, although the air conditioning in the lounge/breakfast area was not very strong. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at YBC. It is conveniently located, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shops nearby.”

“Could not charge lunch or dinner to the room. Had to pay cash for any items. All the rooms my group were in terrible shape. Bathroom was dismal at best. Unfinished painting on bathroom door, Mold and open wall electrical panel. Breakfast was average at best. Cold and stale breads, and croissants. For the price paid there is many other hotels that totally Outclassed the Best Western. I highly recommend that anyone should take a look around before even thinking about the Best Western. "I...

“First thing is there is a roach on the floor, one time its raining where going to the pier cause my ship is there so were trying to borrow UMBRELLA and the staff there they wont borrow us. Its kinda annoying, common its just a umbrella we will put it back! Last thing breakfast is we order and i request for delivery in the room but they have to charge you service fee! Omg”

“The room was adequate with a nice view and decent bedding. The shower lacked hot water and water pressure was low. There was a constant hum from some sort of electricity that I could not identify or shut off which made falling asleep difficult. The staff were a little pushy and reminded me multiple times, including a phone call at 11:30a that the checkout time was noon. ”

“Lots of trash and debris all over the entire premises. Needs landscaping bad! Uneven walkways and unsafe pavements. Needs a lot of help improving the place. Good location though ”

“Pretty clean room but outdated. Property needs some improvement but it’s decent enough for the price. Staff are friendly and helpful. Air conditioners in the room were nice.”

“Yes there is mold all over the bathroom, the sink around the faucet. There is no wash cloth. The sheets had stained. And the room smells. The first room we had the AC is not working so we had to moved on our 2nd day to another room. The room had cocoroches all over the room. We got sick cuz of the mold.”

“The room smelt of tobacco at first , gradually replaced with the smell of sewer. There was no toilet tissue. The included coffee and pastries was not available. The bed was very hard even for Asian standards. The location is good The rate is fair ”
