“Really nice place and we enjoyed our quick over night stay! We did want to try to connect our Bobby rewards to this booking, but the staff said it wasn’t possible. I was a bit disappointed that they could try to connect our points to our Bonvoy app. All in all it was a great stay and I would stay there again!”

“The property was very clean, well maintained. The room, for an extended stay suite, had no dishes, no coffee maker or lobby coffee, no hand towels, no facial tissue, no hair dryer and the TV worked but couldn’t change channel from the intro screen. Michelle from front desk was amazing in trying to get the TV to work for us but even after trying 3 remotes, no luck. She also provided a hair dryer for me and extra pillows. She was very sweet and accommodating and I appreciated her!”

“The Holiday Inn Express in Novi was a very decent place. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast hours were very short but the option were good. I liked that coffee was available 24/7. The workout room was nice but too warm and didn't have much for strength training. The staff was friendly. I liked the option to not have house keeping clean your room. I didn't need it and prefer the privacy. Added note: this is a review of the Holiday Inn - not Expedia whom I booked through. They...

“Staff were very nice. Everything worked (well-maintained). Beds were comfortable. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast looked good though we didn’t eat at the hotel. The lobby was a little messy after a team had a gathering but that happens.”
