“Property offered convenience due to its location, but that’s about it. We spent 4 nights here, and everything was questionable from the very beginning. The rug in the living room and carpets throughout the house were severely dirty and can use some deep cleaning. The rug had curled corners which caused us to trip a few times. The stair railing had a missing post which makes us further question the safety of this place. Also, occupancy certificate posted by front door expired 8/2023, something...

“Firstly, it was great to find such a comfortable place that welcomes pets. The secure backyard & onsite doggy bags made Bubba’s stay easy on all of us. The proximity to Harvard Gulch Park gave us some great walks. The neighborhood is so pleasant. We are not walkers so it was nice to get delivery from nearby restaurants. I would love to stay in this sweet house again sometime!”

“Property was not as clean as we are used to seeing. Maybe a better way to describe it would be to say the carpet needs to be replaced. It is old and dirty. The house was cleaned well with the exception of the carpets. Everything else was good. The owner was very responsive to a few minor maintenance issues. ”
