“This hotel was mediocre. The woman who checked us in was very pleasant! However, our room had several black hairs throughout - on bedding, towels, the floor and the shower. I asked my daughter to sit on the toilet with the lid closed, so I could fix her hair. As soon as she sat down, the toilet seat cover cracked into two pieces. It had different colored attachment pieces remaining on the seat, telling me it had been repaired before. I notified the attendant when I checked out and apologized,...
