“Mariel was a wonderful host. Timely communication and follow up to my questions. The property is located in a family friendly area of Denver. It’s about 15 minutes from the city center. The property is very comfortable, nicely appointed, and within walking distance to restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Property offered convenience due to its location, but that’s about it. We spent 4 nights here, and everything was questionable from the very beginning. The rug in the living room and carpets throughout the house were severely dirty and can use some deep cleaning. The rug had curled corners which caused us to trip a few times. The stair railing had a missing post which makes us further question the safety of this place. Also, occupancy certificate posted by front door expired 8/2023, something...
