“Great Property in a Great Location. We were a little skeptical as we pulled up to the door, but once inside the property was spacious with high ceilings and tons of light. 2 large bedrooms with king sized beds, and a third bedroom with a nice set of two bunk beds, plenty or room for everyone. Kitchen was nice with plenty of new appliances, and everything you'd need to cook a meal. Bathrooms were clean and large with all the amenities you need and plenty of towels. “This property was great. Communication was great and I always got quick responses. Loved the apartment. It was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I had trouble with was the process of finding the key and locating the room. The whole process was a bit confusing, a the key box is in a completely different building from the apartment and the buildings are not super clearly marked. I do feel that the company did its best with an outline of how to find everything which incuded photos....

“Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. ”
