“The room was nice and clean. I enjoyed the self-check in because we got there late. The pool and hot tub was great as well. I highly recommend staying there. The arrival instructions seemed geared toward guests arriving by car, and there weren’t clear directions for those using rideshare or public transportation. It also would have been helpful to have the exact building address rather than just the complex name, as that made navigation more difficult on arrival. Clarifying these details would make the experience smoother for future guests.”
