“Well, on the first day I was assigned a room, but when I walked in, it was already occupied—that gave me quite a scare. Then, the air conditioning in the replacement room was broken, so I had to be moved again, and that room had issues too. In my opinion, my stay wasn't very good; the airport shuttle never arrived on time—honestly, it was a disaster. However, the young woman at the front desk was very attentive.”
