“It was amazing and really great place”

“I don't exactly know if I can recommend this hotel. I was here for a work trip, so sleep was pretty paramount. The walls were so thin that I could hear the neighbor's alarm go off at 5am every morning. Additionally, the alarm in my room went off at 6am the first morning, and the staff didn't know how to fix it, so I unplugged the whole thing. So yes not a great hotel if you need rest. But the staff, parking, breakfast were all perfectly fine for the price. ”

“All front desk staff and housekeeping staff were so wonderful. They gave excellent customer service during my stay!”

“We had a great stay. The front desk staff were quite friendly, and the check-in procedure was seamless. The king suite in which we stayed was huge and spotless. The suite would be a great place for families who have multiple rooms to gather. There was that much room. Our only issue really was that the indoor pool was too cold to enjoy. I generally don't mind a pool a bit on the cold side, but it was a little too cold for me. We did make use of the jacuzzi for a few minutes instead.”

“The national guard stationed outside of the hotel all day and night made me feel very uncomfortable ”

“The staff was the only saving grace. The only thing in the room, this extended stay property with kitchen, was a dish towel, two mini-bars of soap, a small tube of shampoo and an extra TP roll. Not even a water glass. ”

“This stay made it where I’ll never go off reviews again when it comes to Memphis!! This hotel was nasty they didn’t have trash bags in the trash cans, whoever cleaned the room swept all the trash under the beds, the walls had cracks in them the furniture was old and a mess, the pool was over filled and the pool furniture WAS NASTY AND HORRIBLE!! This was the worst stay EVER!!”

“Breakfast was great, plenty of options to choose from. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and staff was friendly. ”

“Not great, sheets had a mark on it like dirt or soemthing, washroom tiles broken and some of it corroded”

“I wudnt recommend it , I’d rather sleep in my car was there 3/13/26 , I showered and got a little rest in the chair at the desk for a couple and left , I cud be wrong but got bedbug vibes soon as I walked in room , , room was stale, holes in doors , shud only cost 29.95 , people drinking in parking lot , don’t go ”

“Need new mattresses in some rooms. This time got an old one and could feel springs. Every thing else was great ”

“Staff were whatever, can’t be rude if you don’t speak I guess. No amenities. Bare bones place. It would be fine but the elevator stunk so bad. Does someone vomit in the shafts everyday. The hallways stink too but in a chemical way ”

“We arrived at 4 pm and our rooms were not ready , had to wait till 5:30 pm to check in , breakfast wasn’t like other Hampton inn hotels we stayed in , average but not good as other hotels ”
