“Room small, with no chair. No telephone for emergencies and no radio. Vanity in bathroom too small with open sides so things fall through the sides onto the floor. Towels scratchy and sometimes frayed. Room 412 in desperate need of repainting. Staff very courteous and helpful. Generally, I was disappointed in my room and likely will not stay there again.”

“From start to finish this was the best choice I could have made. I was between three hotels and this one with the review and proximity to the Theatre District was a no brainer for me.
