“I had a wonderful stay at Macalister Terrace Hotel. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and has a really nice ambience that made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. A special thanks to Liz, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm hospitality and excellent service truly made the experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Penang. I would definitely come back again!”

“Room, bed & pillows were comfortable. I liked having the safe and the mini refrigerator. Also liked having the kettle, tea and coffee. Housekeeping is excellent. Tuttavia la struttura non è 4 stelle sia per lo stato di manutenzione che per la pulizia (come moquette nei corridoi sporca, il pavimento in camera mai aspirato e le pulizie quotidiane della camera discrete - si sono anche dimenticati di rimetterci gli asciugamani, scarico del bagno lentissimo a ricaricarsi, tv con solo 3 canali funzionanti). La colazione è a la cart con una selezione di piatti fissi tra cui scegliere...

When the card could not work for the elevator, staff immediately rectify the issue.
