“nessuno all'arrivo chiamato al numero indicato poco cortesi e mi dicono che hanno inviato tutte le informazioni per email unico problema che appartamento indicato al n. 7 era occupato fortunatamente è arrivata la persone addetta alle pulizie che ci ha indicato altro appartamento, stanza piccolissima letto da una piazza e mezzo attaccato al muro e nessuna pulizia giornaliera stanza ricavata da ex garage, Abbiamo visto stanza adiacente alla nostra completamente diversa e più vivibile ”

“Appartamenti abbastanza recenti in una zona comoda vicina alla metro e con un supermercato vicino che può permettere di fare colazione con ottimi prodotti e super economici. Noi avevamo un appartamento al piano 4 senza ascensore. Non comodissimo dopo ore di cammino a Londra e soprattutto con le valigie. Attenzione non è possibile lasciare i bagagli prima e dopo il check in. Noi abbiamo lasciato i bagagli in un centro l’invidino al costo di 13,5 sterline. ”

“We were staying in London for 5 days and finding a place to stay is a daunting task. City Prime was a great choice. It is located outside the hustle busy of central London in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located close to the Earl's Court tube station. You can get everywhere you need to go from there. Having a kitchen with a washer/dryer was a plus for an extended stay. Karim was friendly and helpful during our entire stay. Highly recommend.”

“Great space, very clean. The beds were not super comfortable, especially the sofa bed. Would also have liked more bedding (to be fair we didn’t ask for more; it just wasn’t in the room).”

“Wonderful stay. Apartment is large, quiet & beautiful. We enjoyed the spacious 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, open living space with table & chairs, fantastic kitchen with all appliances, including washer/dryer. Location is on a beautiful, quiet street near everything - shopping, train, museums, Hyde Park. Front office staff were very helpful & friendly. Really enjoyed our stay!”

“Stayed with the family (3 kids), hosts communicated very well, picking up the keys was easy (a shop around the corner), West Kensington was a 5 minute walk and the stay was quiet and comfortable. There's a few late night shops around and also a very nice breakfast and coffee place around the corner (a few doors down from where keys are collected) called Hazel which is lovely. Great stay overall. ”
