“The room was clean but housekeeping didn’t come Pick up our towels the entire stay. We called from desk for extra toilet paper and my son had to run down and get it because it wasn’t brought up to us. When we needed more towels we had to get them from the front desk.”

This was our first time staying at a Tru by Hilton, and I didn't think it would be any different from a regular hotel. Just from walking in, we could tell the atmosphere was different from a typical hotel.
