The space
Epic beachside retreat just steps from the legendary Surfies Point! Dive into the ultimate coastal adventure with world-class waves and stunning back beach vibes right at your doorstep.

Step inside this beautifully designed home, where sleek timber floors lead you through light-filled spaces decked out with stylish, contemporary furniture and top-notch fittings. Upstairs, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is the heart of the home. The dining area flows seamlessly into the lounge, where you can sink into a plush, comfy couch, perfect for movie nights on the massive 65-inch flat-screen TV or cozy evenings by the gas log fireplace, watching the flames flicker as the sun sets over the coast.

The upstairs vibe is all about soaking in those ocean views, and you’ve got two awesome decks to choose from. The front deck is ideal for sipping your morning coffee while catching glimpses of the sea, while the rear deck is your go-to for BBQs and alfresco dinners under the stars, complete with a webber BBQ and outdoor dining table. Need a quick breather? There’s a handy powder room with a separate toilet upstairs to keep things convenient.

The master bedroom upstairs is your own private retreat, featuring a super comfy king bed, a large 65-inch flat-screen TV for late-night streaming, and a sleek ensuite bathroom to make you feel pampered. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

Head downstairs, and you’ll find a second living area that’s just as inviting, with another plush couch that doubles as a queen-size divan bed for extra guests. Guests will have access to the entire property including the garage.

GUEST GUIDELINES, CODE OF CONDUCT & INFORMATION

STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents).

STRICTLY NO HENS OR BUX NIGHTS PERMITTED.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond.

Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am.

At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing.

Excess vehicles are not permitted, general ratio is one car per every two people maximum. Boats, jetski's, caravans may be permitted but must be mentioned at the time of confirmation.

Please - STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE.

PETS: One pet is allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet i.e. type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.

* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.

* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.

We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.

Weekend and Long weekend stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If another booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be reverted to the standard checkout time of 10am.

The "service fee" is Stayz fee to the traveller. This fee is not paid to us as the hosts and is a charge made independently by the Airbnb online payment booking system directly to the traveller.

The "Taxes" charge is the new Victorian Government 7.5% levy on short term accommodation in Victoria. This tax is collected by Stayz and is remitted to the Victorian State Revenue office by Stayz.
