“The front desk staff were super sweet & helpful. The room I stayed in was very clean, unique and plenty of space. Location is ideal. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. Worth the price and felt safe here even though I was traveling alone. ”

“The staff was very accommodating. We had booked 2 separate nights, as we decided to extend our stay for another night, but we couldn't modify the first booking. When we checked in for our first night, I asked if it's possible to have the same room for our second booking so we didn't have to pack our stuff up and move to another room. The staff was absolutely helpful and accommodated our request eventhough it was last minute and on New Year's Eve. Would definitely come back and stay here again!”

“This is always our fav spot to stay at. The hotel is great, staff awesome. It is in the perfect location for everything you do and in walking distance to downtown Burbank and the malls. You'll always need to rent a car when in and around LA/Burbank but the best spot. If you need a place to book do it. They serve a good breakfast and you are also close to the best breakfast place anywhere in Charlie and Friends. Book you stay at the Residence Inn, you'll enjoy it. ”
