“Well the hotel overall need update sap , it wasn’t that I saw in the pictures when I booked it, need alot of maintenance carpet, elevator, door mechanism, etc , friendly staff front desk, kitchen, When I booked the room it showed microwave and refrigerator and not where in the room”

“The front desk staff was nice. The head breakfast lady was amazing so friendly she was great! The place was clean but housekeeping didn’t come to your room after you checked in didn’t take trash or anything we had to go ask housekeeping many times for things and to dump our trash. Also when did they start charging for breakfast?”

“Me chingaron 100 dólares que según tenía que pagar al llegar al hotel que eso cubría si agarraba algo del snack y en el cuarto no había nada ,le pregunté al pagar a la recepcionista que si podía tener mi recibo de ese pago y me dijo que me lo daba al hacer el check out ,en total solo pagué 100 pero me quería cobrar 243 que según por qué no estaba pagada la habitación pero bueno afortunadamente mi tarjeta no tenía esa cantidad y ya reviso y me cobró solo 100 y ya pues ya ni modo los pagué no...

“Very dirty, cockroaches in the room, amenities are very old! Impossible to use the bathroom as it’s so dirty! I was so disappointed and on the top of all that, there is no refund.”

“Great bonding moments with all my grandkids. They liked and loved swimming on their outdoor swimming pool. I really liked going back to their place, because of their free breakfast and the complete kitchen amenities. I don’t need to bring anything because they have all the things I need in the kitchen, to top it all😘😘😘”

“Very nice, clean, modern hotel. Rooms are great and to have complimentary breakfast with good food was a good surprise. Yet we were there during World Cup and it was the only hotel we have visited that same night which closed the bar so early. When we went back there was nothing to eat and no bar to sit around while all other hotels close to Levi's stadium were so well prepared and probably made more money too. That was disappointing. Many of the guests were there for the soccer games.”
