“First and foremost, the hotel is in very poor condition and is no longer what it was a year ago. Although the pool has a heater, it is not turned on unless specifically requested. Additionally, the pool filter is not properly maintained, and when this is brought to the attention of the front desk, the response makes it feel as though guests are inconveniencing the staff by asking for basic service. “A little noisy for a presidential suite, just know that if you book the presidential suite, they have 2 and they are both on the 2nd floor just over the boardwalk and main street. Fun to people watch, but a little noisy. The room was GREAT! ”
