“The room was immaculate and the staff was very friendly & helpful! Highly recommend!”

“Unknown dirt like substance coming out of the AC. The shower smelled foul. I looked under the bed, it was littered with food. I checked for bed bugs, and didn't see any, however I did wake up itchy in the middle of the night. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at.”

“Wonderful stay start to finish. Greg is a great host. Very good breakfast with him asking if we wanted more. Will definitely return. ”

“Rented 2 rooms. Problems: No linens for sleeper sofa. No supplies in kitchenette. Smelled stale. Other room’s toilet didn’t flush without fixing something inside top each time. Didn’t figure out this was a problem til early evening and had unpacked so didn’t want to move. Apparently, they couldn’t “fix it”.”

“It was convenient to Gateway Hospital, clean and quiet.”

“The night of our stay our flight was delayed. When we called the hotel (several times with updates) the front desk attendants were helpful and kind. Finally, after arriving late into the night, we were greeted warmly by name. The entire property was clean, modern, and fresh. Breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fair. We left feeling energized even, despite the weather delayed flight, causing a little less sleep than hoped for.”

“The hotel itself was fine. The elevator was broke and the only available rooms, we were told, was on the 3rd floor. It was a long haul up the stairs since I was alone. The breakfast was nothing warm. It was just a variety of cereal options and some bagels/bread for toast. I would probably stay again if I had to, but wish I would have known ahead of time on the breakfast/elevator!”

“We have stayed at many the past couple of years this one was by far the best. Pet Friendly and rooms do not smell and everything is clean Breakfast was very good”

“Pro: One of the most comfortable beds I have slept on in a hotel. Con: Furniture had extremely heavy dust all over.”

“I will say this is the 2nd time I stayed here since I had a great experience the first time. I even paid more this time because it was a good first impression. However, I am not sure if it because I was on the first floor, but this time around it was loud and I felt uncomfortable being by myself. I would give it a 3 1/2 stars. I am not sure I will be staying there for the next time I go to see my daughter at school.”
