The Space:
Step inside and feel instantly at home in the light-filled, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area – a space designed for comfort and connection. Whether it’s a cosy film night on the smart TV or a shared meal around the dining table, this welcoming hub is perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Outside, unwind in the private garden oasis surrounded by lush greenery. Fire up the barbecue for an alfresco meal or simply enjoy the peaceful, leafy surrounds. The garden is fully fenced and secure, making it ideal for pets – we’re proudly pet-friendly, so every family member is welcome. Stand-up paddleboards are also available for use at the nearby beach.

With three spacious bedrooms, there’s plenty of room for everyone. The ground-floor main bedroom is a private retreat, featuring a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, reading nook, and modern en-suite. A laundry is also conveniently located on this level.

Upstairs, two further bedrooms share a second bathroom. One offers a queen bed and a dedicated workspace with monitor – perfect for remote working. The other includes a king single and a standard single bed, ideal for families or groups. Designed to catch the coastal breeze, the home is bright, airy, and beautifully styled throughout.

And the best part? The location. Nestled in the heart of Cotton Tree, you’re just moments from the beach, surf club, local cafés, and the lively Ocean Street precinct – the perfect mix of coastal calm and modern convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, excluding the garage. There’s space to park up to two cars in the driveway, with additional on-street parking available.

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy easy access to Cotton Tree Beach, just a 4-minute stroll from the home, with shops and cafés – including Cotton Tree Beach Bar – all within walking distance. Drive 5 minutes up Aerodrome Road to explore the newly expanded Sunshine Plaza. Thanks to the central location, it’s a breeze to head north to climb Mount Coolum, visit Hastings Street in Noosa, or enjoy a fun family day out at SEA LIFE Mooloolaba just around the corner.

Getting Around:
Cotton Tree Beach is just a few minutes' walk away, along with a great selection of shops, cafés, and restaurants. Most other spots are easily reached by car or bike. While having a car is ideal for exploring the wider Sunshine Coast, local bus services run frequently and are a handy option if needed.

● We do not accept Schoolies bookings.

● Guests must be aged 20 or over unless travelling with family (e.g. young adults as part of a family booking are welcome).

● This home is in a residential area with neighbours close by. Quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast begin at 9pm – please be respectful and keep noise to a minimum at all times.

● A check-in form is required to be completed before your stay. Access to the home will only be provided once this form has been submitted – this applies to all guests.

● Pet-friendly for one small dog only, by prior approval. A $50 pet fee applies. Please contact us before booking with your pet to review our pet rules.
