Located just a 5 to 10 minute walk from Mooloolaba Beach and its bustling Esplanade, this area offers a range of beachfront cafes and restaurants for dining and relaxation - and there is a supermarket right nearby too. The Wharf Mooloolaba is nearby and is a popular dining precinct and features the SEA Life marine park, and it is here where you can book day tours for fishing, kayaking and whale-watching. Alexandra Headland Beach, also within a 15-minute walk, is ideal for starting your day with a refreshing dip in the patrolled swimming area, hitting the surf with the boogie board or enjoying a scenic walk along the headland. There are plenty of beachside picnic spots and BBQ facilities dotted along the way. For essentials, entertainment, and myriad shopping options and department stores then Sunshine Plaza with its cinema is about a 10 to 15-min drive.

Needs some maintenance

In need of some maintenance and a deep clean. Ensuite shower was missing splash strip on door & water flooded the floor. Vertical blinds throughout have mould on them and blades are missing due to broken fixings. Master bedroom lacks privacy due to broken blinds. Free standing wardrobe in bedroom 3 not fixed to wall & very unstable. BBQ listed as provided was not there. Couches badly stained & had to be cleaned during our stay. Toilet seat was not fixed to pan. Kitchen cooking and serving items all had to be washed before use. Floor drains in wet areas very smelly. Light in dining area not working. Roof deck was untidy and needed sweeping. Rooftop heater not in situ as pictured. Lots of rules over use of rooftop.
