From the front door the open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area flows naturally out to large backyard with oversized resort style pool.

There are beautiful mature trees providing shade and privacy, with extensive decking there's plenty of room for entertaining with family and friends.

The main living area is spacious and the kitchen has been recently updated, it looks out to the inviting pool area.

Perfect for watching the kids play outside when you're in the kitchen.

The sizable master bedroom comes with built in robes an en-suite and air conditioning.

Next to this is a huge second bedroom.

The recently upgraded family bathroom is close by, with a bath tub.

The partial private enclosed third bedroom is on the other side of the house and has a bright north east aspect.

Next to this bedroom, is a convenient area with a work station.

Newly installed A/C units in lounge room and dining area.

Well located, single level brick home offers convenience, privacy and relaxation for the family to enjoy.

The internal space was great. A bit tired in areas with blunt knives and oven lights broken so difficult with no lighting in area. External was very tired, screen broken and the pool was not in working order. However location was fabulous.

We rented the house as it's pet friendly, has a pool and in a great location. We had family visit from the U.K. it's Less than 10 mins to Hastings street, the beach and shops, not forgetting on the way you go past or can stop at Noosa Junction. The other way, again only 10 mins and you're in Gympie Terrace in Noosaville. The whole area can be accessed from either direction as you leave this house in a quiet spot. Only a short drive to one of the best sunset spots near by. The only downside side is for a small dog there is squeeze space at the side of the side back fence but we put something in the way to stop it being an issue. We had to report a fault but this was received really well. Could have used a second set of keys so the group could be out at different times. Will definitely consider staying here again. Great space.
