Immaculate and peaceful
The home was immaculately clean and very well appointed. Beds were comfortable and lovely linens provided. Plenty of supply in the kitchen for cooking and serving. Only short on tea towels and could use a few more coffee mugs. We had a wonderful stay and do wish we had at least two more days!

Great Space for Families
We had four adults and three young teenagers and the layout of the house and bedrooms was perfect to accommodate us all - comfortable beds with good quality and quiet air conditioners. The kitchen is very well stocked with a large fridge and enough plates, platters and cooking utensils and glasses for a large group. (But be sure to bring your own food across with you from Noosa, as there is only one very small shop over there, only carrying the basics.) The house is quiet and away from others - feels very private. About a 5 minute walk to the games room and pool. Lovely owners and very responsive to contact and answer enquiries. The property is a short drive and a $10 ride across on the barge each way to get back and forth to and from Noosa Heads.

Perfect Getaway
The property was perfect! Plenty of space for kids, lots of animal spotting and so relaxing. Pool was really big and we were pretty much the only ones there (stayed Thursday and Friday night). Definitely come with all your food as the little shop nearby is very light on.

Peaceful
The house and location was so peaceful and private. Inside was gorgeous with lots of space to spread out and relax. The pool area was stunning. Everything was beautiful and really relaxing. I would recommend and def come again. Small Suggestions - main bathroom with shower in bath, a grip matt to get in and out as slippery. Main TV is glitching with lines through it. Suggest upgrading. Some gladwrap and alfoil. Extra tea towels. Bikes to get to pool area. Otherwise spot on and I totally recommend.

Thank you for your kind words, funnily we have never had a complaint on any of those points, but will rectify today, we thought there was alfoil and glad wrap, but obviously we were wrong, TV will be ordered today, slip mat ,no one has mentioned before so I am worried about the hygiene of supplying that, and Bikes well not sure, as the house sleeps up to 10 people it would be hard to manage. Pleased you enjoyed your stay though.

great group options
Group of friends gathered from different corners of Australia for the weekend. The house was great for intimate chats and group meals. Day trips to Eumundi Markets and Noosa make it well situated.

Amazing family holiday destination
This house is perfect for a large family. We enjoyed staying at the heaven with our friends and family. Heaps of rooms to cater for the large group. The house is well presented with beach vibe decoration, clean and well organized. The entertainment area was perfect for enjoying a swim, pool table and tennis with a view of a herd of kangaroos.

We loved our stay at The Haven, a real tranquil hideaway that was perfect for our New Years Break with friends and family. Perfect for two families with kids (we were a 4 & 6) and lots to do if you like the water and tennis!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic - thanks to the owners! We had a fantastic stay at the beautiful beach house! The beach driving experience was amazing, a unique and enjoyable way to explore the surroundings. The pool added a refreshing touch to our getaway, and the owners' kindness and effective communication made our stay even more delightful. Highly recommended!

Excellent Noosa Northshore Family Retreat
Everything was perfect! Except for the Stayz booking experience. I can't recommend booking anything via Stayz, now that I've learned they are part of VRBO, which is actually part of Expedia. If anything goes wrong with the check-in process, you are at the hands of the Expedia team. I didn't receive any check-in details via Stayz email or app. There may have been a VRBO email filtered by my junk mail, but not to my knowledge. So on check-in, I was unable to communicate with the host via the Stayz app. I was required to make 5 different phone calls to different customer service officers via Expedia. All could locate our booking. Some were unable or unwilling to help, others attempted to contact the hosts on our behalf unsuccessfully. On a separate call, my wife (who is very convincing) was able to obtain the host's name and phone number. Unfortunately they were unable for 3hrs delaying our check-in. A final call was escalated twice (for me to have to repeat the story) and was made an offer to refund booking and book other similar accommodation via Expedia website. But it was the Noosa triathlon weekend... Fortunately, we were eventually contacted by the hosts, who were lovely and the property lived up to the hype and reviews. House is architecturally designed pavillion style in amongst the melaleucas with plenty of fly screens for bug-free alfresco entertaining. Beautiful location in a complex that is great for families and groups. Recommend, not via Stayz.

Hi Ben, Thanks for your review and your nice recommendation of our property. It is most unfortunate that you didn't have your booking receipt from Stayz/Vrbo as it has our phone number on it and the Vrbo booking reference # on it. I can understand your frustration at no quick response from Vrbo but for quick response you need the booking reference # which you didn't have. You mentioned to me in our telecon that you probably saw an email from Vrbo but deleted it thinking it was junk mail. We have been booking with Stayz/Vrbo for 2 years now and found their platform works well usually for both the client & the owner. We have been called by support a couple of times to phone the client when they didn't have our Welcome Guide email, with all the necessary check in details. Usually the clients have the welcome Guide but sometimes it goes to junk for some reason. Anyway it was a good outcome in that you still got your booking and enjoyed our property. Hope you had a good result in the Noosa tri on Sunday. Regards, Kris

Family reunion
Had a great stay in this amazing house! Well stocked kitchen, though no can opener if you need one. BBQ could do with a deep clean but it did the job. It’s a brilliant house with outside sitting options, so much space. The pool was lovely and we even got a bit of tennis in as well. Beach is so close and seeing the whales breaching out at sea was incredible. Highly recommend!

Spectacular setting

Family winter getaway
Once we got used to the ferry ride across to the property, it was a great stay. Facilities were great and we would definitely return. Only downside was the main bedroom mattress was well passed it’s used by date and in desperate need of replacement.

Amazing Getaway
We stayed as this hidden gem with the whole family and it was an absolute dream. Waking up being greeted by bush turkeys, kookaburra or kangaroos was an amazing start of the day. The house is amazing with indoor and outdoor areas, which are perfect to just relax. Pool, tennis, and basketball is in walking distance, so is a small convenience store with mini golf, laser tag, and restaurant. all in walking distance. As this was off-season, the beach was deserted and we were all alone on kilometres of sandy beach, which was unbelievable. Our kids are talking a lot about the great beach holiday we had.

Birthday family getaway
Awesome house and facilities and location. Disappointments were, or suggestions, no basic condiments like salt and pepper, etc., the vacuum cleaner was absolutely full with rubbish and coukd not be used until emptied, the bbq was dirty and we really took time to clean it when leaving as it flamed on our cooking when used it. We're geumpy about these. The accommodation and location are great. If there are signs etc. that the place should be spic and span to avoid penalties then my expextations are higher on tools and how I take delivery.

Stunning property and the perfect layout and facilities for a small group. Resort facilities were excellent and so was the location overall. It would have been nice if there had been a few basics like cooking oil, salt and pepper, bin liners, especially as the place is remote. The written cleaning expectations are quite punitive and a little off putting!

Fantastic place to stay
Our family loved this place. We're a family of 5, ages 4, 8 and 10.The property has access to a fabulous pool catered for all ages. The beach is a 5 mins drive and its like a secluded beach. Waves are maybe a bit rough for smaller kids but we still loved it. The property itself is spotless and clean, what you see in the pics is exactly what you get so you won't be disappointed. We did have issues with water on our last night but the owner was really responsive and came within the hour. I would strongly recommend that you purchase all your groceries before you arrive cause there's no convenience store to top up. For this reason it would be good if the property had some basic necessities like oil and salt. You need to catch a ferry to get to the property so allow time to get off/on if you are catching a flight, especially in the morning as there's traffic.

The house is amazing. Just a few suggestions. The barbecue is difficult to operate. Either too much flames or nothing at all. Pots and pans are a bit dated. The fridge does not produce ice and the freezer takes ages to freeze

Nice styling
The styling of the house is beautiful and is a great relaxed location. Not being a local to the area obviously I found the lack of advice around having to catch a ferry between the mainland and back a bit annoying. The pool is probably a 10min walk away and the front gate passcode didn’t work. Also no wifi or reception there. Overall a really good stay and a beautiful property would recommend just a couple of kinks

For our big family it was a perfect size with plenty of space in large rooms spread across the house. Huge living area was wonderful as is the 2 large patio areas for dining. Having 4 toilets was great no need to queue. Wonderful stay would love to return.

Beach Road is the go.
We have stayed here several times at Beach Road Holiday Houses. Another great experience in another quality unique layout holiday house. We stayed at 45. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers. We use this place to hang out with another family we haven't seen for a while. They love it, we love coming back! It's a great spot! We did a day trip to DI which was the highlight of the 3 days. Kids took to tennis on this trip and the parents chilled out. Thanks to Ray the Manager as well! We appreciate what he did! Thanks to Kris also for quick message replies. 5 stars from us.

We had our family come together in one place from near and afar. It was a perfect space for our 10 guests. Everybody was comfortable, even our 86 year old father, his 80 year old partner and 82 year old sister. Highly Recommend!

The perfect getaway haven!
This house was the perfect getaway haven for our group. Very clean, had so many utensils, plates, cutlery for in house meals and is so beautiful and spacious. Massive wardrobes and loved the ensuite bathrooms for 2 of the bedrooms. The comms with the owner were great! Love the facilities. Very friendly staff at reception. We borrowed some tennis equipment and basket balls for the two days we were there. The only thing is the wifi service isn’t very strong but that made our trip even better to unplug! We stayed 2 nights but next time would definitely book for longer. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

Great place to stay
The Haven was exactly what we were looking for- an open plan inviting space to enjoy with friends and family. Well decorated, with indoor and screened in outdoor areas which would be excellent in summer and with the air con we were more than warm enough this winter. Peaceful surroundings with beautiful trees and the beach was not too far to get to. Great facilities. Main down side of the location is the cost of the car ferry to get there- $10 each way seemed steep but not enough to stop us from visiting again.

Paradise in Noosa
This was the most amazing & relaxed 4 night stay for our family of 5. Situated in the most beautiful location. Our house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We had a couple of hiccups on the first night which were rectified with a quick phone call to the owners & it was due to our own human error. We plan to visit again but this time stay at the holiday home & utilise more of facilities on offer. Due to having a lot of activities to do, it did cost us a lot to go back and forth on the ferry. The leisure centre was well equipped & had a lot to offer for our 3 children aged from 8-14years old. We enjoyed walking around and seeing the native animals. Cannot wait to return!

Thanks Tammy, it was lovely to share our home with you, and yes the ferry gets expensive if you use it regularly, I guess the idea is to enjoy all North Shore has to offer.

The pictures do not do it justice, this house is lovely and very well designed. Worked perfectly for two families (4 adults and 4 kids). Great location to be away from the hustle of Noosa but still close enough to get there quickly. Already thinking about when we may go back!
