“24 hrs front desk with all staff always provide good courteous service. Daily room service. Clean, breakfast fairly good. Location to access Chow Kit station 5 mints walk can go on Mono rail for many malls, attractions. Will go back again.”

“I enjoyed my 2 night stay here very much. The design of the room is great & unique. The furniture is all modern & feels luxurious. Even though it’s just one room with a large bed, I felt that it was very spacious, not at all cramped as I’ve felt in other hotels. The view was very nice on the 11th floor. The only 2 comments I can make are as follows: 1- The location is very lively at night. It’s next to both an open-area restaurant that seems to be very popular, that plays music at night till...

“JUST AVOID CHECK IN DURING PEAK CHECK OUT TIME..PARKING ACCESS CARD IS RM20/CAR AND IS NOT REFUNDABLE..UPON ENTRANCE THERE WAS A COOKIE ON THE FLOOR, MAYBE THE ROOM IS NOT PROPERLY CLEANED..RAIN SHOWER IN MASTER ROOM IS NOT WORKING..NO SMART TV AS MENTIONED..JUST FEW LOCAL CHANNELS AVAILABLE..ROOM NUMBER IS 1306..BUT OVERALL IS A MUST PLACE TO STAY FOR A FAMILY TRIP..VERY COMFY AND THE POOL IS AWESOME.. ”

“フロントは前のビルの３階で、かなり遅い時間に着いたが温かく迎えてくれた。部屋は31階。エレベーターも多くて速いのでストレスを感じなかった。部屋は２ベッドルームで様々な設備が整っていて過ごしやすかった。近くのPWTC駅にそこそこのショッピングモールがあり便利。歩いて１分のところにセブンもある。残念だったのはWi-Fiが繋がらなかったところだけ。極めて快適に過ごせたので感謝している。”

“The reception was not that great. They socially profiled me and told me that I had to pay a deposit and that I shouldn't break anything. But I saw 2 people before me that didn't pay any deposit and their service was impeccable. And when I insisted that expedia didn't mention anything about it. They let it go but repeated multiple times that I should not break anything ”
