🏖️ House Rules

We want you to have a wonderful stay and enjoy everything Ocean Lakes has to offer! Please help us take care of our camper by following these simple rules:

🔑 **Minimum Age to Book**
The primary guest making the reservation must be **at least 25 years old** and must be staying at the camper for the entire reservation.

📋 **Rental Agreement Required**
All guests are required to **complete and sign our rental agreement after booking**. The rental agreement must be completed by the primary guest within the required timeframe to finalize the reservation.

🏕️ **Please Treat the Camper With Care**
This is a privately owned 5th-wheel camper. RV furnishings, doors, cabinets, plumbing, and fixtures can be more delicate than those in a traditional home, so please use them with care.

✅**Registered Guests Only**
Only registered guests may stay overnight. Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed on the reservation.

🐾 **No Pets**
This is a **pet-free property**. Pets are not permitted inside the camper or on the property.

🚭 **No Smoking or Vaping**
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the camper.

🚽 **RV Plumbing**
Please flush **toilet paper ONLY**. Do not flush wipes—including those labeled “flushable”—feminine products, paper towels, or other items. RV plumbing systems are especially sensitive, and improper items can cause significant damage.

❄️ **Doors & A/C**
Please keep exterior doors closed while the air conditioning is running. Campers can heat up quickly, and leaving doors open makes it difficult for the A/C to keep the space comfortable.

🛏️ **Bunkroom & Furniture**
Please do not allow children to jump on beds, bunks, sofas, or other furniture. Children should be supervised when using upper bunks.

🚙 **Golf Cart NOT Included**
Please note that **this property does NOT include a golf cart**. Guests who would like a golf cart during their stay will need to arrange and pay for a rental separately. All golf carts and drivers must follow current Ocean Lakes rules and regulations.

🔥 **Grilling & Open Flames**
Never use grills, fire pits, candles, or other open flames inside the camper or directly next to it. Please follow all Ocean Lakes rules regarding grilling and fires.

🔇 **Quiet Hours**
Please respect Ocean Lakes quiet hours of **11:00 PM–7:00 AM** and be considerate of neighboring sites.

🏖️ **Ocean Lakes Rules**
All guests are required to follow Ocean Lakes Family Campground rules and policies throughout their stay. Any violations, fines, or fees resulting from guest actions are the responsibility of the guest.

🗑️ **Before Checkout**
Please dispose of trash, remove personal belongings, and leave the camper reasonably tidy. If anything is damaged or isn`t working properly, please let us know as soon as possible so we have an opportunity to help.
