Questa casa recentemente rinnovata è una 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni completi a solo un isolato dalla spiaggia! È di 1400 piedi quadrati, dispone di 2 TV, lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti. La prima camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, 2 posti letto, il secondo ha un letto matrimoniale 2 posti letto, terza camera ha un letto pieno sopra un letto matrimoniale. 3 posti letto. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto queen size, 2 posti letto. C'è una lavatrice / asciugatrice nuova di zecca, sedie da spiaggia da usare e tavole Boogie. Ampio parcheggio per 4-6 auto. All'esterno è un tavolo da picnic e barbecue da utilizzare. La casa dorme 9 e gli animali domestici sono i benvenuti, (soggetto ad approvazione razza e peso). Abbiamo altre proprietà in spiaggia Surfside e posso dire onestamente che è un posto meraviglioso per le vacanze!

A little pricey

The location was really wonderful. We had a great time with everything being right there. The place was clean overall. Decorations were nice with beach vibe. I was disappointed my mom didn’t have a television in her room. I wouldn’t use the washer. The property manager communicated immediately to any issues but I felt the issues with the house I had alerted her to became my issue. They weren’t things that particularly bothered me during my stay. I was letting her know as courtesy. I was on vacation for 4 nights and I just wanted to rest. For the price, I would stay somewhere else,even if a further walk from boardwalk. It’s a nice place but no one wants constant aggravation during vacation.

Honest review

In general, cute place, very spacious and was easy to access on arrival. The walk to the beach is about 4-5 minutes. The beach is amazing and the area is super cute. For amount of money something like this cost, here are my honest comments on things that could be improved. Could use a better cleaning. Found baseboards, ceiling fans in bathrooms & walls by bunkbed to be dirty. We had to clean a gross-looking spot on the wall beside the bunk bed that looked like it was a large smushed bug. Also, we used the mattress under the trundle and it was covered in bugs. The couch pullout is very uncomfortable as it has a VERY thin mattress. Might be ok for a small child. As mentioned by a previous person who stayed, the washer was moldy and could use a bit of bleach. Supplies such as garbage bags and paper towels was minimal. We were there for 3 nights and 8 people and one spare garbage bag was not enough. Towels were quite worn. For a family coming to spend a beach vacation, it would have been nice to have access to beach towels, instead of having to fly down with 8 beach towels in our luggage, but that's just my opinion. Live tv was not working and I was trying to figure out with owner by text at first, but when I asked them to call us to give instructions, there was no longer any response. I know we were there to be on vacation & not watch tv, however it did rain a bit during our stay and would have been nice for us to be able to watch live tv and the news when inside.

Labor Day

The property was as described with the exception of the distance to the beach. There are condos directly in front of the property. Distance to the beach would be about 200 yards. It is an easy walk unless you are carrying beach chairs, umbrellas. Renting a golf cart would be recommended. There is a $50 charge for charging the cart and if power bill is too high you could be charged more. This is all stated in the contract. The house is nicely furnished and clean. There are two grills shown in picture. One is usable, the other is chained to a post under the house, which would be unsafe for using besides being very rusted. I had an issue with the host that our golf cart need to be moved because it was parked blocking the stairs. Had they gotten out of the vehicle to take the picture they sent me, they would have seen it was not blocking and prevented unnecessary bantering over the issue.

It was nice to be near the bike week festivities but.....

We arrived at the house and the property maintenance man was there, 3 of our 4 days. A little noisy and an extra truck on the property didn't help. The washing machine had so much mold in it we probably shouldn't have used it. AND It was in one of the bathrooms, so DO THEY CLEAN? HOWD THEY MISS THAT? The dryer didn't dry the clothes, well after about 7 times it did. The kitchen sink faucet broke and the maintenance guy doesn't work on weekends. I would think this is urgent as we couldn't wash dishes. But hey disturb our first 3 days and then you go relax. WE are the ones on vacation. One sink in one of the very small bathrooms kept getting filled up as I guess the drain is and has been clogged. You can take a comfortable shower in those 3 skinny stalls IF YOUR 90 lbs. I was also told the owner is moving in downstairs. Who wants to vacation somewhere someone else is downstairs? Not us. It was nice to be near bike week festivities but..........

Lovely time

Due to illness 1/3 of our party didn’t come. We had been approved for 4 dogs (which was amazing to start with) and the owner was easy to modify the plan when the others didn’t come. We made our Thanksgiving meal there and I was amazed at how well appointed the kitchen is. Plenty of room for all. Nice having the 3 bathrooms. Great location. Thank you.

Bike week was fun, stay not so much

Homeowner is not the most friendly person. Some neighbor said we had a house full and only had 6 adults ages (30-38) were in the house. We had ONE truck and THREE motorcycles. Parked truck on the grass to allow bikes to drive from completely under the house and park because there was nothing saying we could not. Homeowner called my phone repeatedly over and over and over (we were riding motorcycles, so kinda hard to talk on the phone) until we answered. It was more than unnecessary. House was OK. Definitely would not stay their or any of their other properties again.

Good Overall

The house was a good size for us and recently updated which was nice. Really close to beach access. Check in wasn’t the greatest because the property manager doesn’t use the VRBO platform. Outside of that everything was fine.
