This unit features a fully-equipped electric kitchen complete with breakfast bar and stools, food disposal, frost-free refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, and microwave and dishwasher. Other amenities include two furnished patios, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Four TVs (cable, 60-inch HD in living room, 40-inch HD, 2 32-inch HDs), DVD player, stereo with CD player, telephone, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king, one queen, one double and one twin-sized bed, plus a double-sized sofa bed. Common area includes swimming pool, outdoor showers and courtyard with outdoor charcoal grills. No elevator. Limit two parking passes per unit. No golf carts. No trailers. No pets. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo.

It's a picturesque and exquisitely preserved southern city with antebellum architecture, cobblestone streets, and historical landmarks.
