Cammina, non guidare fino alla spiaggia! Riteniamo di avere la migliore posizione in Oceanside Village, l'accesso alla spiaggia è a pochi passi dalla nostra porta. La nostra casa si trova nel vicolo cieco di Lark, la strada più vicina all'oceano all'angolo tra Melody Lane e Ocean Blvd. C'è una comoda uscita sul retro (e l'ingresso se ottieni una chiave magnetica) che rende l'accesso facile e veloce a Ocean Blvd e alle numerose attività e ristoranti nelle vicinanze!

Perché pagare i prezzi fronte mare quando sarete a pochi passi dal prezzo elevato e ancora in grado di godere dei numerosi servizi di Oceanside Village.

Possediamo due case, fianco a fianco, ognuna ha quattro camere da letto e 2. 5 bagni. Possono essere affittati insieme per grandi riunioni di famiglia.

Le tariffe indicate includono tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani da bagno e la pulizia finale della partenza. Evita il fastidio di fogli e asciugamani da imballaggio, non c'è bisogno di prendersi del tempo per occuparsi del bucato e della pulizia prima di partire per casa!

Siamo certi che troverete la nostra casa senza fumo comoda e invitante. La casa è dotata di una chiave meno entrata che è conveniente per tutti nella vostra festa. Sedetevi sul grande portico anteriore con una bibita fresca e guardate i bambini giocare nel cortile o andare in bici nel vicolo cieco.
C'è un ampio parcheggio per tre veicoli proprio di fronte alla casa.

La comunità offre tre piscine, un'area giochi d'acqua per bambini con una piscina lounge e spa. La piscina Hickory, una tradizionale piscina all'aperto è adiacente C'è anche una piscina coperta per l'uso tutto l'anno. Queste piscine sono tutte percorribili a piedi ma con il caldo e i bambini al seguito ti raccomandiamo di guidare. Sono circa un mezzo miglio dalla casa. C'è anche un nuovo campo da gioco, campi da tennis, bocce, campi da pallacanestro e palleggio per il vostro divertimento nel villaggio, percorribili a piedi, ma in queste aree è disponibile un ampio parcheggio per la vostra comodità.


La cucina è moderna e completamente attrezzata, la sala da pranzo può ospitare comodamente sei persone e il tavolo da cucina può ospitare quattro persone. Il soggiorno è arredato con divano, divanetto e sedia, TV digitale via cavo, lettore dvd e connessione internet wireless protetta., Non dimenticare il tuo altoparlante Bluetooth!

Vista sul mare, a soli 50 piedi dalla casa, può essere visto dal soggiorno, camera da letto matrimoniale e annesso solarium chiuso. La stanza del sole ha anche tavolo e sedie per giocare a carte, giochi da tavolo o il tuo computer portatile.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto queen-size con un bagno privato e una televisione intelligente. La seconda camera ha anche un letto queen-size. Le restanti due camere da letto hanno ciascuna un letto matrimoniale, la quarta camera da letto contiene il bagno di servizio per una completa privacy. La lavanderia offre una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size per la vostra convenienza.

La doccia esterna chiusa è un ottimo modo per lavare la sabbia prima di entrare in casa.

Broadway on the Beach and Market I comuni centri commerciali e di intrattenimento si trovano a 5-8 miglia da Oceanside Village. Our family stayed for a week and we all agreed this may have been our best beach vacation stay ever! That's saying a lot since we love to travel together. The house set up is great and the location is perfect. It is just steps from the beach. Located between the Surfside pier and Garden City Pier with some really great restaurants, close to grocery stores and shopping. Hostess is wonderful with great communication! We plan to stay again in the future!!

We love this area of Myrtle Beach and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was the perfect location, just right across the street from the beach. The neighborhood was very family-oriented. Would definitely book this house again for our family vacation!

The property and location are great. The check in at the gate was confusing as they have their new process in place and my dads truck had not been entered into their portal so I got sent to the office and then to Rose real estate office and it was very chaotic but some of that could’ve been handled differently by their office staff and by us as a family. The cleaning folks were still there until 3:15 and told me they left towels in the dryer but luckily we didn’t need them so it was not a big deal at all. I folded them and put them on the shelf in the laundry room. It was nice having the beach cart available from the storage box to use. Great access to the beach and plenty of room. We will be inquiring on staying again next year.

My family enjoyed our stay at Oceanside Village. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. Access to the beach is just across the road. It's a busy street corner. But, people are very willing to stop and let you cross.

We lived how close to the beach this house is. The property manager was super easy to get a hold of and the maintenance guy, Ed, was amazingly helpful! He came out right away to fix our door and suggested restaurants and other activities for us to do when we asked. The appliances in the house desperately need to be updated (couldn't have a conversation in the dinning room, kitchen, or living room if the dishwasher was running because it was so loud). And the house was super far away from the pool in the gated community. We had older adults with us who couldn't do the walk: we had to pile in the back of my husband's pick up truck. Finally, the community charges you to have access to the back gate. This should be included in the price of the house. Overall, our vacation was wonderful. We had beautiful weather and other than the house needing updated and the fact that we had to pay to use the back gate, the community was quiet and our stay was great.

We really loved our stay!! The house was the perfect size for our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids aged 3-6). Lots of seating and lots of table space for meals. We loved that we were such a short walk to the beach and an easy golf cart ride to the pool. Having the covered porch was so great too. Kitchen was well stocked! I will say, my husband is 6’2” and had a hard time with the height of the ceiling in some places. With shoes on he really had to pay attention to the header leading into the living room and I would not recommend the tallest in the party using the queen room by the front door (across from the laundry) - it became a running joke how many times he was going to hit his head on the ceiling fan!! All in all we had a wonderful time and will absolutely book again!!

The location was great, right across the street from the beach entry. The place was as advertised, clean and comfortable. The extras such as umbrellas and sand toys were a nice touch. Because of my crazy work schedule, no cell service at work and lengthy commute, I was late getting back to the owner. They were very accommodating. Check in and out was a breeze. The $20 for the back entrance pass was well worth it as we were just at the end of the street. Much more convenient than having to navigate all the way through the property from the front entrance. Roads are narrow and cars, golf carts and pedestrians are plentiful. We all enjoyed the pool on several occasions. My only complaint would be the closed in porch- not much breeze unless it was windy. That and the afternoon sun made it a hot place to be in the afternoon. I would suggest woven blinds or curtains, but the way storms can blow in and out, I can understand why you don't have any. All in all we had a great week and enjoyed the house. My 4 year old niece told me more than once that she really liked "my house"! If only!

The location of this house to the beach is perfect. Short walk to beach access and quiet, clean beach. House was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. A little warm Inside during a hot summer day but we brought a large fan and that definitely helped. We didn’t spend much time inside so it was not a big deal. Owner was easy to get in touch with any questions and left of lots of great information about area, neighborhood and house. Would definitely rent again.

Great location, very busy beach! House was ok, we have spent less for a lot nicer house close to beach. Wasn’t impressed how you could only rent a golf cart from Oceanside, and couldn’t leave the area on it. The house had a sewage smell all week. Very unpleasant at first but think we all just became accustomed to it. Wasn’t messaged that the house was ready upon arrival, but the lady said she messaged me but didn’t. I think she forgot

We took our annual beach vacation here and had a great time. The location was outstanding - literally right across the street from beach access which made trips back and forth from beach effortless. Be aware that the beach access ramp denotes the border between Garden City and Surfside Beach which have diametrically opposed rules for beach activities (e.g. NO fireworks on Surfside Beach versus ANYTHING GOES on Garden City side)...some kindly year-round neighbors pointed this out to us. Super convenient to grocery store, Murrells Inlet seafood markets/restaurants, and Myrtle Beach attractions (though far enough away to have a quiet, family-friendly beach without the massive crowds). Recommend renting chairs and umbrellas from Woody's Beach Rentals as they'll drop off and pick up at the property. The house itself had a number of pluses - great layout for gathering over meals (seats 10 people easily)/watching movies/ playing games, has a well-stocked kitchen, multiple bathrooms/showers including one outdoors, and a nice covered patio in front. The primary area for improvement is the HVAC system. The A/C struggled to keep the place cool with the extreme summer heat. The place cooled off by morning, but the temperature rose during day and approached 80 degrees from afternoon through the evening. A lot of the excess heat seemed to come from the sunroom which was very nice but had no door or other means of closing off from main part of the house. One other recommendation is to replace the carpet in the back bedroom as soon as possible. The owners and the housekeeping service were super easy to work with and very communicative. We had a great time and would recommend the property for anyone looking for an affordable and convenient beach vacation.
