The first floor of the house has a large, open living area with a wall-mounted Smart HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room table seats 8 guests, with 4 more seats available at the kitchen counter. There is one primary spacious bedroom in the first floor of the house with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom that opens up to a balcony overlooking the pool. Just off the kitchen, there is a half bathroom.

The second floor features 4 bedrooms. There is a second spacious primary suite that opens up to a balcony overlooking the front of the house and the beach. This room has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower tub combo. There is a third bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom has a full bed with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The fifth bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed, in addition to an ensuite bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms feature a wall-mounted smart HDTV.

Everything on the house is mostly new. There is NEW bath/kitchen linens and kitchen accessories. We invite you to take advantage of our high-speed Wi-Fi for working remotely or learning virtually.
