    Welcome to your perfect family getaway! This beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach home offers a spacious, open-concept design that feels airy and inviting. With thoughtful upgrades, including a new kitchen, tiled showers, and more, you’ll enjoy both comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

    Home Features:

    Sleeps 9 comfortably – King bed in the master with ensuite bath, Queen bed in the second bedroom, Twin-over-Full bunk in the third, and a Queen pull-out sleeper in the living room.

    Fully equipped kitchen – Enjoy an extended counter with seating for two, a dinette with seating for four, and modern appliances, including a dishwasher and large sink for easy cleanup.

    In-home washer & dryer – Pack light and refresh your clothes as needed.

    Entertainment & Storage – Each bedroom includes a TV and a spacious closet to tuck away your belongings.

    Two full bathrooms – The master ensuite has a walk-in shower, while the second bathroom features a shower/tub combo, ideal for families with little ones.

    Outdoor shower – Rinse off after a fun day at the beach.

    Propane grill & dining space – Fire up the grill and enjoy dinner on the large, covered deck with a table for six.

    Important information to note:
    *A $500 security deposit will be held on your credit card via our property management system. It will be placed the day before arrival and released once the home is inspected and we verify there are no violations from Ocean Lakes Family Campground. Details will be provided after booking in our guest agreement.

    **Ocean Lakes does have a parking pass fee that gives you access to enter the resort. It is $12-$15 per vehicle per day of your stay. They will also request and require, you name, Address, email address and phone number, as well as your Driver's license, and license plate information.

Amazing place!

We stayed at a Surfwind property for the first time on mother's day weekend and we couldn't have picked a better place. Amy is so amazing to work with and everything was handled with such professionalism and care. The house was welcoming and spacious. Overall, I would recommend and will definitely stay here again.

This a great house to rent, it is affordable with a very nice golf cart included. That is rare. I would highly recommend it.

The property was clean and the check-in process was easy and slick. Unfortunately, we had a situation happen the first night and we needed to find a different house for our stay. The property manager quickly responded to the house incident and we were relocated. However, follow up and reimbursement was not handled well.

Thank you for sharing your house with us. It was the perfect place for all of us to come and relax. The large deck allowed for us to enjoy the morning while waiting for everyone to get up and prepare for the day! Easy to locate and covered parking was great! We did not want to leave and look forward to renting again in the future!!! Thank you again!!!

Wonderful Last Minute stay!

The property was as advertised. Clean, well decorated and recently remodeled. Location was perfect for us - we love the hustle and bustle of OL but with two young kids we do not like to stay in the middle with all the traffic and constant movement. This house was easy to locate and away from the busy streets. Amy was wonderful to work with and was timely in any response. Loved having linens and a NICE golf cart included in the rental price. Made for easy check in and check out.
