OCEAN LAKES 3B/2BA ON STILTS W/ GOLF CART & WIFI

"Chillin the Most" is located at1886 Snapper Ln.
This beautifully maintained home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths (1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed, sleeping 6). If you have a couple of extra kids you want to squeeze in, we definitely don't mind as we also have a pull-out sofa!
This home on stilts has a large upper deck to sip your morning coffee and a large open space underneath to enjoy outdoor activities. This house has a complimentary golf cart, free WIFI, tv's in every room, a gas grill, outside shower, beach chairs, & corn hole boards for your enjoyment.

*The CLEANING FEE IS $175 which INCLUDES a linen/towel package*

So that we are able to maintain a high level of quality for our guests, a few simple rules apply:

If you’re looking for a place to party, please move along to another property

Must be 25 to rent

No smoking, vaping or drugs permitted

Must be 21 to operate the optional golf cart (valid driver’s license required and must abide by all Ocean Lakes rules for golf cart usage, or renter will pay applicable fines)

You will be required to purchase your car passes through Ocean Lakes at $12.00 per day, this INCLUDES all the amenities in the park

Ocean Lakes has so much to offer families with direct access to the Beach, a 24-hour gated community/resort, and all of the amenities you will need.

* 3-acre Water Park that's free to all guests
* Olympic size outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, splash zones for the children with mounted squirt guns, and fountains for the children, water slides, lazy river to relax

Great location!

The location of this house in OL was perfect for us! On a quiet street without much traffic. The house could use a good deep clean, and some of the kitchen utensils and pots/pans had seen better days. We loved having the golf cart to go around the property. Overall worked well for our family of 5!

Perfect vacation

The house was perfect, clean and had a playpen which we forgot to bring. Our First time at ocean lakes my family really enjoyed it! We will definitely be trying to come back next year. The golf cart being included was an added bonus . We lost a key fob from the rental car. The owner responded right away and they found the key and mailed it back to me. Renting this house was amazing we will be back again!!!

Bike Week Stay

Security was great! Didn't have to worry about the bike since I couldn't ride it to the house. Very smooth transition from bike to golf cart and back. House was clean and when we didn't have enough towels, they were delivered. Great stay!

This house was perfect for me, my husband and our two boys age 1 &3! The floors was dirty, my little boy just tuned one and still crawling and his legs was black and under bed & places didn’t see was nasty (he crawled under bed and was dust and all kinds of stuff! Overall nice place other than that!

Great location, just needs some TLC outside!

House was as described in ad. Home was in need of a little cleaning inside. We cleaned while there. Downstairs was not managed well. Chair cushions were covered in hair and dirt we removed them to set at the table, downstairs TV did not work, grill was in pretty bad shape. Messaged to ask about propane never received a reply. There is a stack of broken beach umbrellas and toys covered in debris and bugs. Upstairs porch was beautiful and had great furniture! Location was great and it was close to everything! The golf cart was a plus and made beach going easy. It is a beautiful home!
