Casa lontano da casa! Questa bella casa a schiera si trova di fronte all'oceano, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Soggiornerete nella casa sulla spiaggia della nostra famiglia, quindi potrete aspettarvi tutti i comfort e le comodità di casa durante il vostro soggiorno. Gli aggiornamenti nel 2019 includono tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, nuovi pavimenti in tutta la casa e nuove porte / finestre.

Questa casa ha tre camere da letto, due bagni e mezzo. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno annesso en-suite e dispone di un balcone walk-out con vista mozzafiato sull'oceano. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera ha due letti singoli. La casa può ospitare un totale di 6 ospiti adulti. È disponibile anche un divano estraibile.

Il piano principale è un concept design aperto, con cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno aperti e invitanti per riunioni di famiglia. Cammina dritto dalla camera familiare sul tuo portico privato con sedie del capitano posti a sedere per ammirare la splendida vista sull'oceano. C'è una piscina nel cortile e una terrazza per prendere il sole. Garage privato per 2 auto. Lavatrice e asciugatrice al 2 ° piano.

La cucina ha tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici per il 2019. E 'completamente fornito con tutti gli elementi essenziali necessari per cucinare un pasto fatto in casa. Piccoli elettrodomestici includono un frullatore, fornello lento, macchina da caffè, Keurig e tostapane. È disponibile anche una griglia a gas (propano non garantito).

Perfect for our family of 5!

This was the perfect getaway for our family! The townhouse was clean, had all the accommodations we needed, right on the beach with a nice pool where we could watch the kiddos play when we took breaks from the beach. Chris was a great communicator and gave us some great recommendations for while we were there! Surfside offered a great family feel, and night life was only a short drive away! We hope to be back! All our neighbors were super friendly as well and my daughter's have gone home with a penpal from Canada! Thank you Chris for allowing us to make some beautiful memories in your space!

Great place, BUT....

Great place and LOVED the private beach access but only downside is that there was 6 of us and there was hardly any toilet paper enough for us for 3.5 days that we had to go buy more. There were no trash bags provided as well. I contacted the owner and he got back to me right away but told me they don't provide which I was unaware and a little shocking. He was nice and gave me a little refund credit for the inconvenience. These rentals are charging so many fees already, they should be providing these necessity items for guests.

A piece of paradise

The house was great, perfect for a family, in our case it was our family of 4 and grandparents. The deck overlooked the pool and the beach. The kids loved the pool. We had one SUV in the garage, and a truck outside the garage. Space worked great for us! The house was well stocked, though we didn't use anything but the refrigerator, but was nice in case we did need it. My favorite part was the area in front of the townhomes marked private beach, and it truly was private for us. Not crowded and everyone in that area looked out for each other.

Great Beach Getaway!

My husband, daughter and I stayed one week and we wished we stayed longer! I have been going to the Surfside/Garden City area for 25+ years and this was our first time staying at this townhouse. It was great! Had everything we needed and was so close to everything!! The pool was very convenient being so close as well. Very nice being able to park our vehicle in our own garage attached to the townhouse. The rental manager was awesome at communicating with us. Everything was simple from booking to checking out. Hopefully we can book for next summer and bring our newborn son❤️

Perfect beach vacation!

This property is well kept, stocked with everything you need, a perfect location beach front, and the owners are responsive and clearly care about their guests. Highly recommend this property and we will certainly be returning!

Everything you would want!!!

A great condo in a perfect location! We were thrilled at how close the property was to the beach, literally a two minute walk! The master bedroom balcony provides a perfect spot to watch the sun rise while having your first cup of coffee. This unit was, bar none, the most well-stocked of any property we have rented! Erin has thought of everything and is the perfect host! You will not be disappointed in your stay here!

Amazing place

We went down for a friends birthday, we got to meet the owner as he was on a vacation hisself, he was a super nice guy so friendly! He told us his daughter was the one who run the unit we stayed in she was always so fast to respond. The unit was super nice and very clean!! Getaway with family

Amazing Property and Owner
