Pelicans Reef by the beach

High vaulted ceiling with skylights and a large open space fill the room with warm natural light.

Large bedrooms, comfy beds, Smart TVs in every room, balcony overlooking a pond, full kitchen, washer dryer and all you’ll need for an amazing vacation.

Very centrally located in the heart of Surfside. 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants, shopping and attractions.

Second floor top unit with high vaulted ceiling.
The master bedroom is to your left when you walk in. Master bedroom has attached full bathroom with shower and jetted tub.

To your right is the kitchen with Keurig, toaster, blender and all the appliances and cooking tools you may need. I also supply all your basic necessities like paper towels, dish soup, detergent, garbage bags etc.

The Living space is a wide open space, dining room table and chairs, sweet reading nook, living room has a pull out Queen sofa bed. Large windows open up to the outside patio. Lots of options for fresh air and sunlight.

Living room has a staircase leading up to the second floor bedroom.

Loft bedroom with 2 queen beds, private full bath and walk in closet.

**this condo does not include pool access.

This is my personal condo, so you are renting directly from the owner. The feeling you get when walking in to one of my condos is pure relaxation and joy that you’ve picked the right place. I care about my guests and it shows.

Age restriction’s:
I do not have an age restriction. Rules are the same for all guests. No parties or large gatherings, no loud noise between 10pm and 7am and of course respect my place.

Babies:
I have a portable crib with bassinet. If you’d like me to set it up for you, please let me know at booking or at least 3 days before arrival.

Quaint neighborhood, friendly people, lots of greenery and resorts like feel.

There’s a huge pond with picnic seating area and BBQ grills right by the condo.

5 minutes from the beach, restaurants, parks and recreation.
In the heart of everything Surfside has to offer. Minutes from Myrtle Beach, Minutes from Murrells Inlet.

Plenty of free parking right in front of condo.
You will notice a Ring doorbell on the door. It has a working camera and is there for safety. There are no other cameras in the condo. The front door automatically locks behind you, but it is also safe to double check.
Rules:
1. No Parties or large gatherings
2. No smoking
*Smoking marijuana is highly forbidden and is a hefty fine.
3. Quiet hours are between 10PM-7AM
4. 8 maximum guests
AT CHECKOUT :
all dishes should be washed or placed in the dishwasher. Please run the dishwasher before you leave.
Remove all open food from fridge and throw out all the trash.
** it’s a shame to waste, so if you have unopened items you don’t want to take, you may leave them for the next guest if you’d like.

I tried to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Please love and respect my place as of it was your own. If there’s anything you might need just shoot me a text and I’ll try and make it right.

Shiri our hostess was extremely helpful, nice and wonderful as well as Trinity her employee. Anything we needed, they took care of immediately. I would gladly stay there again. Super quiet
