Benvenuti in paradiso! La nostra casa sulla spiaggia è una casa di cinque camere da letto / tre bagni in stile professionale situato a Surfside Beach, nel Sud Carolina. Progettato per ospitare fino a 16 persone, è a pochi passi dalle spiagge sabbiose dell'Oceano Atlantico.

La nostra casa recentemente ristrutturata è adattata per riflettere la purezza di Surfside Beach, fornendo tutto ciò che è necessario per rilassarsi e ringiovanire nei comfort della nostra casa. Speriamo che trovi il tempo di rilassarti intorno alla piscina che può riscaldarsi o rinfrescarsi, nuotare qualche giro, accendere la griglia e bere una tazza di caffè mentre ascolti le onde che si infrangono. Il riscaldamento della piscina è un supplemento di $ 50 al giorno. Offriamo gratuitamente il riscaldamento della piscina per i mesi di aprile e maggio.

Paradise dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata e di gas a gas propano per gli chef della famiglia; Una doccia esterna chiusa per lavare dopo una giornata intera sulla spiaggia; Sei grandi TV a schermo piatto a schermo piatto, Internet ad alta velocità e un cavo per intrattenere le masse e due balconi affacciati su Ocean Boulevard con vista sull'oceano.

Great Family Vacation!

We stayed at the property this past July and it was wonderful! Very spacious home, great pool, fantastic location to beach as well as walking distance to restaurants. Plenty of parking. Communication with property managment was easy and responsive. Highly recommend this beach house!

Surfside escape

The house appeared just as listed. The location was perfect just a short walk across the street to the beach with a nice pool with plenty of seating for our group of 9. A few restaurants and beach bars within walking distance or a short drive away. We loved it. We would highly recommend.

Great location!

House is conveniently located to 2 entrances to the beach making it an easy trek with kids! Also enjoyed the convenience of having a pool with the house. Checking in/out process is a bit antiquated. Communication with property management is delayed over the weekend, but they will respond/reach out the upcoming business day. Overall a pleasant stay and would consider booking again!

The house was very clean, there were plenty of bathrooms, and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that was inconvenient was the fact there was no lockbox on the house and the key had to be picked up at the rental office. Good Location/Dirty House

Location is awesome-steps from the beach. Great size pool and kitchen well equipped. Management- Information wasn’t consistent in emails, welcome letter or on refrigerator. Consistency would be nice so tenants have clear expectations. Kim told us we would receive text when unit was ready. No text. We were in the area since 2:30. It was after 4 so we went to the office (they say open till 5). Doors were locked. Keys in lockbox. Saturday arrival we found: A toilet that wouldn't flush and had a bowel movement in it so a flush was needed. You have to make your own beds and a fitted sheet was stained. When emptying our coolers into the refrigerator we found crumbs and spilled liquid, etc.,not clean. The pool was filled with sand. We called management and got "after hours" line. We were told that none of those issues were "emergencies" so the earliest those would be taken care of would be Monday. After traveling all day we had to clean, wash and fix. We fixed the toilet so it was usable. The rest we cleaned and washed. The pool was cleaned on Monday. We have stayed in many areas.If there were issues upon arrival, they were always taken care of immediately. Other issues on arrival: Bathroom rugs dirty, black smudges on white shower curtain, dirty grill and no tools to clean it, front porch table filthy, floors filthy -made your feet/socks black, food still on crock pot. Is it too much to expect a clean property upon arrival or at least a timely fix to issues found?

We arrived to an immaculately clean home with a lovely layout and with every amenity you could possibly want to enjoy your home away from home. It is the perfect location with access to a gorgeous sandy beach directly across the street and a beautiful large heated pool in the back yard along with a large grill. We enjoyed the lovely front porches where we started our days with breakfast and ended with relaxing evening conversations. Easy half mile walk to the new Surfside Pier and a choice of restaurants. Kim at Southern Coast Vacations Management Company was superb providing us with very helpful detailed information from check in/out directions to answering any questions we may have had promptly and always pleasantly and professionally. We could not have asked for a more enjoyable vacation and certainly highly recommend this property for a wonderful vacation experience. Thank you very much Kim! We appreciate all you do to make a truly great vacation possible.

Not recommended - Not Clean - Mold - Lack of communication

Not ready when communicated. Had to wait approx 90 mins to get into the house past the time they said it would be ready. Mold in the washing machine, mold on several of the dishes, and just very dirty overall. Stayed in many vacation houses over the years and this one by far takes the most unclean award. The management company Southern Coast Vacations, was not available when they said they would be, not in the office and took several days to follow up when you call or email concerns/questions. Poor communication and just a negative experience overall on this one. NOT recommended.

Could be cleaner, but a great week

Floors were sandy, our 3 year old found pills under a bed, one pillow had blood stains, but otherwise a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Location was perfect, pool was excellent, outdoor shower came in handy.

Great house and location

This house was as great as advertised. We had a 3 generations of family and friends together for a week. House worked great for all of us. Pool was fantastic. Beach is just across the street - close enough to walk barefoot! House was clean and well stocked. I had a few questions prior to check in and management company was responsive. All around great experience.

Beautiful Home, Perfect Location!

It was a pleasure staying at "Paradise". The owner went over and above in providing EVERYTHING you could want to enjoy an amazing stay at this beautiful, spacious, and immaculate home. The location was perfect with a gorgeous beach just across the street and a short walk to restaurants. The large heated salt water pool was awesome and the comfortable porch was wonderful to enjoy as we started and ended our days. The host (Kim) was excellent. Our family enjoyed an amazing vacation and we definitely would love to return again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

The only complaint I had was either there was something wrong with the heated pool I paid for or we have a different understanding on “heated”. Only once did we feel warm water coming from the water source. Fortunately it was warm enough to swim while the sun was out. Otherwise, the house was wonderful as just as marketed.

Great fun at the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is one row of the beach with beach access a few houses down on each side of the house. The house was big enough for us to be comfortable with a large group. The pool was perfect for those days that the waves were too rough. Only suggestion would be to bring your own knives. They only had serrated knives. Also the outdoor shower does not have enough privacy if you take off your suit to get the sand out the neighbors will get an eyeful! Overall we loved the place.
