5 Min walk to newly renovated Surfside Beach Pier, restaurants and beach. Private heated pool. Quiet neighborhood. Gas Grill. Fully stocked kitchen. Bed linens provided. Bathroom linens provided. Please bring your own towels for the pool and the beach. There are enough supplies to get your stay started but you will need purchase additional items for a lengthy stay. (IE dish soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc....) We do not provide any shampoos or bath soaps..

Disappointed with the house not being as clean as it should be. We had to have the cleaners come back out and mop the sticky floors and sweep the sand from the front deck. The fans are dirty and haven’t been cleaned in a long time We arrived on Sunday and didn’t get heat in the pool until Wednesday when the pool was cleaned. The ice maker doesn’t work The location of the house is good being a short walk to the beach and a lot of local restaurants. The home is as the pictures and has everything you need

We had an amazing time at this house. It was the perfect size for 10 people (4 adults & 6 kids). Plenty of linens and towels. Everything you need in the kitchen. Beautiful sunny mornings on the porch. The kids had fun in the pool and we enjoyed our days on the beach which was a quick walk down the road. Restaurants are even closer! Great fishing off the pier. We could not ask for more!

This house was beautiful! We were looking for a house to spend our New Year. This house was so cozy and close to the beach! The owner was super helpful by providing information whenever needed. The house was also super close to many restaurants and grocery stores. So thankful for such a lovely house to stay in!

We did not get to stay at the house due to tropical storm, but the host worked with us and refunded our money …thanks to them we got to enjoy our family at a different location away from the storm 😊thank you so much for working with us ! See you next year 😎

Wonderful property that is easy walking distance from the beach and the city center with pier and local restaurants, but far enough to not be bothered by traffic or noise. Property owner very responsive, but rarely needed as everything was great! Very pleased!

Lovely place to stay. Loved the closeness to the beach. Enjoyed the pool in the evening that had a shade tree. Everything was great.
