Steps to the beach, quiet area of beach.

Just 3rd house off beach. Plenty of room inside, 3 large bedrooms. Sleeps 7. Sitting area plus twin bed with front bedroom. Plenty of covered parking, can park 3 cars. Pool is shared by a small number of houses.. Close to lake, to fish or watch wildlife. This part of beach is never that busy, mostly homes and smaller condos. New washer/dryer. Sheets, towels are provided by cleaning company. Master is on main floor/ 1st floor. With 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath on 2nd. Note : Now have new flooring on first floor. And, complete bath updates for Master bath and upstairs hall bath in 2023.

I can't overstate how much we enjoyed our stay here! It was comfortable & clean; has amazing beach access; is in a quiet neighborhood; and it's an easy walk to the pier (ice cream!) restaurants and park. Although there were seven of us, the home was spacious enough that we weren't always on top of each other...it was easy to find a quiet corner if needed. Also, we love to cook, and the kitchen was fully stocked with the pots, pans, utensils-- everything we could want.

House is just across the street from beach access. House is nice and clean. The only thing I would suggest is softer mattresses, and that may just be a personal preference.

Wonderful vacation

From the initial booking of Seabridge to our vacation it has been fantastic with the communication. The accommodations were excellent and had everything that we needed. The location was great with being able to walk to the beach, pool and the restaurants. Many wonderful memories were made at Surfside Beach and looking forward to making more in the future. Would highly recommend this house.

Surfside Beach stay

This is an excellent property. The host was fabulous, the property immaculate and just right for our family. Roomy with just the space we needed. We would love to stay here again. Beach very close and the neighborhood is beautiful.

2nd Visit - Wonderful Property!

We stayed here in 2022 and came back again in 2023 and loved it! The updates that the homeowner made to the floors, bathrooms, and kitchen were great. We really enjoyed the beach access and communication with the homeowner. Would stay here again!

Great house, just steps from the beach

This house was a great fit for our group of two families. The three bedrooms are all spacious, one in particular was huge, and the powder room on the first floor came in handy to supplement the 2 full baths. Washer / dryer were compact but worked well. Owner was always responsive to questions both before and during our stay, House is clearly well maintained, no issues during our week, and there were new hard floors throughout the first floor. Beach is barely a block away, and there is a pretty lake just one block behind the house. We hope to stay here again and would recommend without hesitation.

Great!

Easy to check in. Cleaning crew had to go over a little bit, but wasn’t the property managers fault. Answered questions I had and the place was nicer than the pictures in my opinion. Short walk to the beach, good neighborhood.

Wonderful Beach House!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Listing and photos were accurate. The owner was very easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. House is in an excellent spot for great beach access and the beach wasn't very crowded at all in this area. Parking was great and overall we had a fantastic time!

This was the best place we have stayed at in recent years! Mr. Bill was great to communicate with and his response time was almost immediate. The house was super nice and accommodated all of our family needs! We hope to be back next year 😎

Loved it!!!

We have stayed in North Myrtle for 20+ years but had to find a new house this year. This house was perfect for us! It's a short walk to the beach, pool, and pond. It's a very family friendly, quiet area with lots of local spots to eat. The house was perfect for us. The owners were very helpful and friendly and the house was clean. Highly recommended and we will be returning for sure!
