“I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and well maintained, with good AC, reliable WiFi, and a fridge and TV that made the stay more comfortable. Breakfast was included and convenient, and the hot water was consistently warm. Overall, everything I needed was provided and I would consider staying again.”

“The location was great; but be ready to climb some steps. The hotel staff and valet service were awesome. Other than our room being right at the elevators everything was great with the room. The only exception was the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were not good nor was the western omelets. My friend got sick after eating it.”

“Free laundry at the sister hotel across the street and free printing in the business center. The staff at both the holiday inn and the sister hotel were just the nicest people. Went above and beyond for us! Only con is that the cleaning agent they use is a heavily perfumed floral. If you're sensitive to smells, maybe skip this hotel.”

The room decor is very minimalist and sparse if that’s your vibe, but we knew that from the photos. We were put in a room in the 2nd floor facing the street. “Bed was very comfortable. Couch and pull out part weren’t great. Couch was very old and had a cover wrapped on it. When we arrived someone was smoking on our floor and it smelled terrible, staff took care of situation quickly and cleared the smell out. They were all great and helpful.”
