I don’t think the heater was working properly - we had it at the highest temperature but it did little to warm the small room, even after being on for hours, and we were very cold. The TV wasn’t watchable as the image was constantly flickering. Seemed an issue with the screen rather than reception - it was still the same problem when we mirrored off our own device. Decent enough place to stay with the dog for one night but bring your own viewing device and...

“I had a nice and comfortable stay at Sorrento Motel Victoria. The room was spacious and very clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure, which made it really enjoyable. The reception staff were friendly, and check‑in was quick and straightforward. The free parking right outside the property was very convenient and made the stay hassle‑free. Overall, a pleasant visit with clean rooms, good water pressure, and welcoming staff.”

“This place advertises itself as a "luxury" accommodation but it was far from that. Check in was a disaster, and it only got worse. I was supposed to receive a message about what we had to do at reception but that did not happen. We where left at the front of a building that was supposed to be recption but no one was there. We rang the phone number and after out third call someoner answered, There was a couple who arrived at the same time as us but they had received a message about how to get...

“Very spacious room, with king size bed. Well set up kitchenette. Liked that it had a large spa bath, but hard to get in and out of, and very slippery when wet. Surprisingly, no shampoo or conditioner was provided. Bathroom quite dated, and could do with a refresh. Overall, it was suitable for our needs and close to where we needed to go for the weekend. Would stay here again.”
