“The property is gorgeous, the rooms are huge, but when I woke up in the morning, my shower wasn’t working , no water at all . The sink was working fine. I went to the lobby, it was 6:30 AM, nobody was there to help me so I figured it out by myself, and I went to the spa and showered there. My bathroom also had a leak coming from upstairs It’s a pity because the property has so much potential, it must have been amazing at its prime.”

“The too Was dirty and run down… we booked a 2 Queen beds we got a room with 2 double beds. My family used to have time share at this resort, we were last there in 2006 and it looks like nothing was painted or renovated since then.”
