“Clean room and peaceful rest!!”

“The advertised amenity of a 24/7 available airport shuttle is NOT honest. While staff was kind, no staff was available for trip from airport to hotel, and when I inquired about arranging a ride back, it came with a very narrow window of potential that left me feeling uncertain if I’d be able to use this advertised amenity. Like I said, staff was nice about it, but the availability and reliability of this amenity feels too uncertain to be used as a main advertising point. ”

“Check in was easy. Property was easy to find and in a good location right next to the Columbia mall. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was hot and worked well. No complaints. ”

“I would strongly recommend not staying at this location until they do an overhaul on management and maintenance of the property. My room was adequate, however the bathroom was awful. Drains did not work properly, caulking around the tub/shower and floor looked like it was done by at toddler, the shower curtain rod was dysfunctional, and the towel has blood stains. There must be ZERO quality control at this site from management, maintenance and housekeeping. Worst hotel experience ever.”

“having an onsite bar, restaurant and snacks, drinks, and other forgotten necessities store was so great. We didn't have to wait in line to get breakfast somewhere and the menu was great and delicious! The bar also had fun specialty cocktail butterscotch martini, hello, yes please!”

“For the price, I thought the hotel would be in better shape. For instance, in our room the furniture showed extensive wear. Worn fabrics, tears, stains. The fixtures in the bathroom were decrepit and rusty, they looked to be very, very old. The light fixture over the sink was a rusty mess. We noticed as soon as we stepped off the elevator on the third floor, an ever present, foul, pet smell. The odor lingered in the entirety of the floor, luckily our room smelled fine. The man that...
