“The advertised amenity of a 24/7 available airport shuttle is NOT honest. While staff was kind, no staff was available for trip from airport to hotel, and when I inquired about arranging a ride back, it came with a very narrow window of potential that left me feeling uncertain if I’d be able to use this advertised amenity. Like I said, staff was nice about it, but the availability and reliability of this amenity feels too uncertain to be used as a main advertising point. ”

“Comfortable, spacious stay near Mizzou We had a great stay at the SpringHill Suites Columbia. The room layout was excellent, with a separate sitting area and workspace that made it feel both functional and spacious. Everything was well-appointed and very comfortable. The service was warm and welcoming throughout our stay, and the breakfast offered plenty of great options to start the day. The location is also a big plus—conveniently close to University of Missouri. Would definitely stay here...

“First off, the hotel was under construction(this was never mentioned on the website or Expedia). This included the POOL AND THE GYM! The pool and hot tub were high on our list, so this was a huge let down. Again this was never mentioned.
