“Things were good. We were in a handicap room which was ok, but the tub floor was very slick.Could use some non slick pads. The pool area was nice, except there were 20 or so adults sitting outside drinking not paying any attetion to ther kids. 15 to 20 kids were running and jumping in the pool and hottub and sliding around on the floor, and screaming. My husband and I just wanted to relax awhile in the hottub but could not handle the noise and unruelly kids. The kids were running in and...

“This place is extremely outdated. The bathroom was the worst with massive amounts of dust hanging out of the vent, black specks all over the shower walls, and terrible "fixes" on the walls. The curtains in the breakfast area were torn up and dingy. This is what I would expect from a $80/night motel, not a $170/night hotel. Extremely disappointing and I will not be staying there again.”

“When I booked, you did not say they were under construction and that pool was closed. My hallway on 4th floor smelled like someone's musty basement. My bed was broken and I had to switch rooms. We had to walk through construction area which smelled of chemicals. There was not air conditioning in foyer and where we eat breakfast.”
