“The best part of our stay was the staff, they were all very helpful and kind. There was no pullout couch when we arrived, and a roll-away was delivered 5 hours later. That actually turned out fine. There was hair in the bathroom upon arrival (that didn't match anyone in our family), a bug on the carpet, and a bathroom floor that wouldn't dry. “The condition of the property could have been better, the doors throughout that we used with stick. Both exterior and interior. Friendly staff comfortable beds, but a little more maintenance would go a long way.”

“Great hotel! Perfect for our visit to Gettysburg. The pool and hot tub were great, and the breakfast was hot and delicious. The ladies attending the breakfast were very attentive and helpful. They even offered to carry a plate to our table because they could see our hands were full. Lovely place and even lovelier people.”

“I will never use this hotel or its chain again because they are thieves; they stole my employee's $400 deposit, and when I called the front desk, they gave me no answer regarding what happened. I do not recommend using this hotel chain.”
