“Everything was perfect and efficient ”

“If you'd like to stay next to a highway with a steady stream of big rigs going by from early in the morning until late at night, all using their air brakes to slow down for the roundabout, this is the place for you. Don't think about peace and quiet, there isn't any. This is an ancient building located in the center of traffic. It was a mistake to stay there. We don't recommend it for any reason unless you don't need sleep. Now, the antique nature of the building is "cute" but not practical....

“Very nice hotel, nice staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. Just be aware that there is no elevator to the second floor when booking. Will definitely stay there again next time in town. Walking distance to Baugher's Diner where we had great meals with excellent service.”

“Room smelled of mold. Shade on the window was torn and falling down. In the bathroom the toilet was broken and very dirty. The tub was very dirty as well. The towel racks were broken off, and there were no towels or wash cloths. No trash can. All in all, the room was dirty. I went back to the lobby and told them that I couldn’t stay in such a place and demanded a refund of the money I had paid. They said hat they would agree to a refund, but because I had used Expedia to book the room I would...

“I didn't use any of the amenities, so I can't speak to how good they are, but the property was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was extremely helpful. Shout out to Bob at the front desk! That guy is a class act.”

“I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels up and down Route 30 in PA and this was my least favorite so far. After checking out and going to my car, there was an employee dumping a large tub of something from the side door that went over the parking lot. It was the grease from breakfast! There was no way around it and it was slippery and the dog also had to walk in it. Absolutely disgusting, unsafe, and unprofessional. While pet friendly and there is an elevator, there is only one small area out back...
