“Ensure that you do not get a smoking room. They assumed we wanted that and it was awful. That room smelled awful but they did move us to another room”

“The property was not maintained well. The air-conditioning was not running properly. The toilet was leaking. I wouldn’t stay there again unless I truly had to.”

“The owner of this inn was extremely helpful and had great recommendations for restaurants. And he prepared a great breakfast. Our room was small but beautifully decorated. Bonus: We were able to view local fireworks from the back deck.”

“This hotel had the biggest pet fee than any other on our trip. I am ok with a deposit for a pet but I should not have to pay more. Our dog is cleaner, quieter, and better behaved than children that do not cost extra …the kids during this stay ran down the hallways and made lots of noise in their rooms.”

“I was assigned a room after check in and it was dirty. I took pictures and went back to the desk to address the issue. After being assigned another room, it too was dirty. I asked the staff to come and that there was water on the bathroom floor. He had to get a mop to clean up. I asked to show me a room that was clean but was told that there was one available to accommodate my 3-night stay. I requested a refund and checked out. “I booked a non smoking room with a pet. $15 pet fee. When I got to the hotel they said they only had smoking rooms. I had no choice but to take it. Then they told me pet fee is $25. So I paid it. On check out I expressed my dissatisfaction and the manager said Pet rooms are smoking rooms because of allergies. Expedia app does not work well with this information communicating to the property.
