“It's rare to find a US chain hotel this clean! I'm a total clean freak and usually travel with my own bedding, pillows, towels, and disinfectant wipes because hotel cleanliness is so hit or miss. But I felt completely comfortable here and got a great night's sleep.”

“We were in town for a wedding and spent one night at the Hamilton house inn. Our room was, clean, comfortable and extremely quiet. Shawn cooked us French toast, sausage, and grits for breakfast. It was delicious. If we ever return to Monroe, we will stay again. 5 stars!”

“Property is under renovation and there is a great deal of dust and noise. Parking lot is full of construction materials and equipment. Noise started early in the morning with no warning or concern from the staff. Room was missing minimal amenities including facial tissue, no body wash in the shower, No thermostat for the AC so you have to get up in the night to turn it on and off depending on temperature you want. “The room was huge and the bathroom shower was amazing.The king size bed was very comfortable. Our surroundings were quiet and we slept comfortably after a long day of driving. We did not participate in the free breakfast, but did grab a quick coffee. A selection of juices might be something to consider, in the future.”

“The hotel is extremely clean. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. I did not use the gym but there seems to be adequate equipment and was clean as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. ”

“Comfort Inn at nearly $600 for three nights seemed to be the best deal looking at the pictures online. The hotel wasn't a dump, but it was less than average. The place needs to be updated. The bottom of our door was a big space where you can tell when people were walking by and could easily hear our conversation. The bathroom was small a portion of the lower wall was rotted. Stayed three nights and not once did we receive room service. The iron did not work and neither did the charging stations...
